SP Smart School understands its students’ needs and has implemented a system named SP Smart Schooling System which is a proven and guaranteed system that has the potential to change any students learning methods and assist them in securing high grades. SP Smart School has shown tremendous success in its students in recent years. What caused such a turnaround and how did it make it possible for its students to achieve merit list all time?
CEO of SP Smart School narrates, “It’s not an overnight success, you must be aware of the parable of the Chinese Bamboo Tree teaches us lessons about patience, faith, perseverance, growth and development, and importantly… human potential!” Like any plant, to flourish the Chinese Bamboo Tree requires nurturing – water, fertile soil, sunshine. In the first year, there are no visible signs of activity or development. In the second year, again, no growth above the soil. And the third and fourth, still no signs. Patience is tested and we begin to wonder if our efforts will ever be rewarded. Finally in the fifth year – voila! There is growth…and what growth it is! The Chinese Bamboo Tree grows 80 feet (nearly 30m) in just six weeks!
So the question is: Does the Chinese Bamboo Tree really grow 80 feet in six weeks? Did it lie dormant for four years only to grow exponentially in the fifth? Or, was the little tree growing underground, developing a root system and a stable base strong enough to support its potential for outward growth in the fifth year and beyond?
The same analogy is applied to SP Smart School’s growth and success.
First and foremost, the school was established in the year 1964 (formerly known as SP Academy), and it was run by the late Shri Satya Gupta (father of Shivang Satya Gupta). Later, after Satya Pal Gupta left for his heavenly abode, Shivang Satya Gupta followed in the footsteps of his father and took the authority to run the school. With the help of the teachers, and staff he improvise on his schooling system and teaching process which played a massive role in combating the potholes in education that lead to packing a punch in the education system.
Shivang Satya Gupta asserts that the thought process of SP Smart School is to provide clean education available to the masses without any hurdles. To illustrate, a learner when opts for a school or any institution be it SP Smart School or any other government/ private institution, a learner should be able to go through that system without any doubt.
Furthermore, Shivang Satya Gupta states in Hindi, “ System jo hai kisi cheez ko develop karta hai toh usse results improve hote hi hai. Hamare school ka results improve hua hai kyuki humne system ko follow kiya hai”. Students studying in SP Smart School are not only our students but they are also a citizen of our country and we are solely responsible for their education.
Aside from that, SP Smart School’s primary responsibility was to provide quality education to students, which was accomplished through various measures. A whole new teaching process was implemented based on evaluating systems and improving teachers’ teaching skills.
Another key point is that SP Smart School went the extra mile to support each and every employee as the pandemic hit, and not only that but their fee and salary structure was revised to everyone’s advantage.
Quite honestly, the school is responsible for community affairs; SP Smart School provides quality-driven, impeccable education to ameliorate the system and its process. Educationists like Mr. Samyaal (director of education), Mr. Jain, Mr. Choudhary, and Mr. Kamal to name a few are pioneers in education; they have dedicated their entire life to the education system The research and studies of Shivang Satya Gupta were influenced by these pioneers. Thus, implementing a new education system that is result-oriented and process driven.
For one thing, learning is a process and SP Smart School is for everyone. Recently, SP Smart School was scrutinized for promoting huge billboards displaying their name and promoting extensively; however, the CEO clears the air and informs everybody that the paramount reason for hoardings is not to promote our school as the logo on the billboards is minuscule but to inspire other learners to perform academically well so that his/ her picture is displayed. SP Smart School wants to spread awareness to learners to be in the literacy/education race.
It is pertinent to mention that J&K was a disturbed state a while ago, where there was no quality education. It was late Shri. Satya Gupta germinated the idea of the system-based education which was followed by Shivang Satya Gupta along with his team to improvise on the policies, programs, etc, and implement the same thus benefitting the students in the long run.
